Dr. Phil's media company Merit Street Media declares bankruptcy
The firm behind the multicast network Merit TV is also suing its distribution partner Trinity Broadcasting Network.
Merit Street Media, the television production and distribution company formed by former talk show host Dr. Phil McGraw, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
